The UAL's participation in KA-171 is a key part of the implementation of its STRATEGIC INTERNATIONALIZATION PLAN (PEI UAL) 2022-2024. A clear example is its role in the development of section 1.3.B of the PEI: “Increase the degree of internationalization of the university community,” as well as objectives 4.1.B. “Improve international positioning in teaching, research, and transfer,” 4.6. B. “Increase the number and participation in international alliances and networks,” and 3. 4. D. “Increase the attraction of external financial resources, particularly for research, knowledge transfer, and development cooperation.” Specific examples include mobility in general (1.3.B), the mobility of doctoral students and faculty in particular, leading to the publication of joint research (4.1.B), and the mobility of staff or faculty from potential partners in the European University Alliance that we coordinate (4.6.B).
