The first KA171 project of the EFA Galicia Federation sought to achieve the following objectives: On the one hand, general objectives: 1. To promote international cooperation between educational institutions in Galicia and South America offering the same type of training. 2. To promote student and faculty mobility, fostering the transfer of knowledge. 3. To boost the internationalization of participating institutions by creating networks and strategic alliances to work on other types of projects in the future. 4. To contribute to the development of intercultural, social, and professional skills in participants. 5. To assist in the training of individuals who respond to global challenges in education, employment, and sustainable development. On the other hand, specific objectives: 1. To develop joint training programs (online talks on various topics related to the agricultural sector). 2. To facilitate the exchange of good practices in pedagogical innovation, social inclusion, and digitalization. 3. Boost youth employability by connecting training with the real needs of the labor market on both continents. 4. Promote equal opportunities.
