This project has been directly based on the need to generate processes at international level to adapt technological companies and VET centers to the recommendations of the European Commission in the field of Vocational Training and specifically to contribute to the implementation of the new Organic Law 3/2022, of March 31, on the organization and integration of Vocational Training in Spain. To this end, the main objectives of the project were: O1-Generate mechanisms that meet the common needs and priorities of educational centers, teachers of scientific-technological cycles and companies to implement the new legislative changes and improve the quality of their work. O2-Promote that these mechanisms and the new models of vocational training are inclusive and do not generate new obstacles for students from excluded groups. O3-Promote the internationalization of VET and the joint capacity of educational centers and companies from different countries to face the implementation of a new model of vocational training through transnational and cross-sector work. O4-Contribute to foster the transformation and innovation of the vocational training model.
Faced with the challenges experienced since 2020, the European Commission has made VET a benchmark for economic and social reconstruction. In this context, member countries are implementing educational laws in order to achieve the objectives proposed by Europe. In the case of Spain, the new Organic Law 3/2022 was approved. But to achieve its implementation, especially in those with students with barriers, was not easy raising new needs that this project has addressed the need: -To promote educational success and employability of students with barriers in the transition to the new plan, ensuring that these are fully inclusive and improving their chances of access to the labor market -To support teachers and companies in the process of changing their teaching programs, methodologies and resources to use. -To involve companies in sectors with high employability and growth capacity, such as the technological sector, favoring their structural changes and eliminating their fears and uncertainty with the new plan. -To go beyond the regional borders of the VET centers to favor the international employability of their students by generating intersectorial networks.
