Our initiative focused on certain key skills of youth workers and leaders. This is why we developed two training courses focused on objective 5 of our accreditation. In said strategic plan of the entity we proposed to organize "knowledge transfer projects with which to share our experience and resources with those entities that have detected deficiencies in the training of their members." In this sense we have focused on two key skills that we have cultivated in our association over the last few years. It is about public speaking skills and promoting personal development through experiential learning. To this end, we have developed two international training courses with which to put both skills into practice in a very interactive and challenging way. Competencies that we have extensive experience in, acquired thanks to various initiatives and projects that we have carried out in the more than 10 years of Xeración's life. Thus, both our team and people associated with the entity have the necessary qualities to organize, both at a logistical and training level, training in these areas.
