Objectives

The main focus of action in the project was to promote European values such as solidarity, social inclusion, tolerance, and respect for differences. This aimed to achieve personal growth and well-being for people with disabilities, while also increasing visibility for this group to foster their inclusion in European society. The goal was to create spaces for coexistence among all individuals, regardless of their needs and characteristics. Additionally, we believe there is a need to establish an inclusive working network among all European organizations working with this group to promote the mobility of people with fewer opportunities, specifically individuals with disabilities, in European society. The organizations' priority in this project was to promote social and personal values, facilitating the participation of this group in international activities, using sports and culture as tools for inclusion. Furthermore, we encouraged diversity through an inclusive approach, as we believe that diversity enriches all individuals and contributes positively to European society. General Objective: Improve the quality of life and well-being of people with disabilities by developing personal and social competencies through inclusive sports, culture, and European mobility. Specific Objectives: Promote healthy lifestyle habits among the young disability community. Provide experiences of personal empowerment in a context of full inclusion. Create inclusive European spaces. Enhance the mental health of people with disabilities through sports and cultural activities. Develop a European network for inclusive work with people with disabilities. Foster autonomy and self-esteem in people with disabilities. Innovate with unconventional action proposals for people with disabilities.
