Resilient Exchange is an exchange created by young people and organizations that work with these young people, on the topic of resilience. This topic is valuable because of the representation at different levels in the lives of young people and especially after these times of global pandemics, they asked themselves and us: 'What can I do as a young person to have a more resilient mentality in a world in constant change? How to be a resilient person for my self-care as well as for our community and our planet? How do we keep up with these issues? Based on their needs, we decided to take this as our approach to exchange and create this space to discover, learn and exchange on the subject of resilience, through a peer-to-peer methodology and create new actions in each territory. The expected impact on the participants was: * the recognition of different points of view of young people, due to different origins, cultures, experiences and knowledge * the recognition of the participants in their own skills, talents and ideas and the belief in the possibility of developing them. * An active role in society, in those issues in which they believe. And an active role in the opinion they formed about resilience and how to speak out, share their experience with others. * An improvement of your feeling of being a European citizen * An improvement in their abilities of respect, empathy, communication, tolerance... * Believe in their competences, which can encourage them to tell their exchange story to colleagues, family, partners, friends and encourage them to be part of the European exchange. Similarly, the project has been in English and with time to exchange their languages (Catalan, Dutch and Italian) which improves foreign language skills for all young people and trainers.
