This program intended to train, energize and consolidate a group committed to the values of interculturality, citizen integration, equality, culture and the fight against discrimination to contribute to the improvement and social cohesion of the municipality and betting on the purpose and purpose of the objectives that are part of the Erasmus + programs. Through all this, the following objectives were sought: - Promote a process of awareness, training and action aimed at young people in the municipality of Etxebarri and Naples to commit them to all the aforementioned values. - Promote the active participation of young people from Etxebarri and Naples in awareness and information actions. - Transmit and instill a way of doing things and a way of life with values based on respect and equality. The methodology that will be used to achieve the proposed objectives will be based on the following criteria: • That it be participatory: Where there are different and multiple forms of participation through co-responsibility and commitment. • That it is coherent: That the proposed objectives, the method and the resources used keep the proper relationship. • That is transmitting: That makes the information flow. • That it is stable: Capable of creating stable functioning structures. • That it be coordinated: Interrelating the different parts that make it up. • That is motivating: That develops individual and group concerns. • That it be feedback: To enable the proper development of the above principles. The program has been divided into different phases and work proposals: - Structured discussion workshops - Participatory activities - Non-formal learning opportunities - Cultural and leisure activities and outings All the people who have participated in the project share similar experiences, worries and concerns in their countries of origin and the objective of achieving a change to create a just and developed society. All this is given by previous work in their different educational free time groups, so this program has tried to satisfy their needs for knowledge of the environment, development of their skills, participation and social transformation. During and after the program, the young people participating have carried out work with the entity, with the aim of internalizing and knowing first-hand the perception they have and the evaluation they make of the experience in which they have participated. Therefore, the exchange program has not been a mere exchange of people from one country to another. In order to participate in it, both the young people and their companions had internalized the objectives of the program and have made a strong commitment to fight for that social change and add more people to that goal.
