"The Artist's Mind" was created with the ambition to develop and train skills that allowed for improved psychological well-being and mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic only made even more evident the need to carry out a project that drew attention to the importance of mental health in young people and offered practical tools to facilitate coping in various situations. The conviction of the partner organizations of this need and the great interest that "The Artist's Mind" provoked were key to its success and made it possible to achieve its objectives. Specifically, the objectives of "The Artist's Mind" were the following: - Facilitate the creation of a space for constructive dialogue in which young people can address concepts related to mental health and psychological well-being. - To analyze the different implications and factors related to this dimension, as well as their implications so that they can increase the level of awareness about these facts. - To promote participation and active citizenship with regard to mental health promotion. - To analyze and train attitudes, tools and social skills that are related and can contribute to a better mental health status and in the fight against stigmatization and discriminatory behaviors and attitudes.
