There are four main objectives in this project and, to make them more evaluable, we plan the specific objectives. We want to achieve these objectives through non-formal education activities. The objective (1) Raise awareness of the impact of our actions on the environment, it’s divided into (1.1) See the impact of humanity on nature & (1.2) Understand their impact on the environment. For this objective, we will have activities related to the impact of our actions in the environment and about the collective actions. Working on our eco-footprint and making a “Clean up” during the routes and weighing the trash after, to see how humans influence nature. Regarding the objective (2) Empower the young people to act as agents of change for environmental and sustainable development, it’s divided into (2.1) Learn about other agents of change & (2.2) Explore how we all can be agents of change. We will explore what can I do in my daily life and we will meet. and we will meet with local environmental NGOs to see examples of actions that participants can develop in the future. About the objective (3) Support and strengthen opportunities for young people to volunteer in the environmental sector, it’s divided into (3.1) Exchange volunteering ideas & (3.2) Experience volunteering activities. For this objective, we will give the participants a space to share their ideas, and all together we will create an environmental campaign for the end of the project where the participants can take part (preparation, dissemination, action, and evaluation). For example, realizing a Clean Up open to the local community. And, the objective (4) Reinforce the human-nature relationship, it’s divided into (4.1) Go out of the urban environment (4.2) Contact with nature as a way to improve mental health and well-being. We will work on this objective mostly during the route part of the youth exchange, while we will wall from one town to the other, especially in “El Bosc de la Marquesa”, a large natural area near Tarragona
