The new generation faces serious difficulties in choosing a job. Global trends have changed due to the global crisis. Then, the effect of the Internet has become more important. Online professions have appeared because of Covid19. Based on this, we decided to create a project that provides knowledge about digital marketing to the younger generation. Rather, about which digital tools will be used to promote online business. Many young people dream of starting their own business. However, many of them could not realise it because of digital marketing. In reality, this could be faster and more profitable. In this project, participants will learn all the fine points of working in digital marketing. In addition, they will be able to prove themselves as online entrepreneurs. Furthermore, they will try out new professions that they can continue after the project. With the Youth Exchange project "Create your own digital world" our aim is to focus on digital marketing. The project consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will help participants to understand the structure of digital marketing work. For example, what it includes, relevant professions, differences between some digital tools, what skills a modern digital marketer needs and how to start working in this area. In short, the theoretical part of the project will enable participants to create a career transition using a step-by-step algorithm. The practical part of the project includes several objectives. First, we teach participants how to apply their own business idea by working on the project. Secondly, we apply all the knowledge about digital marketing in practice. Finally, we learn how to work in a team and are able to delegate responsibilities. In short, participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and practice in digital marketing work. Develop non-formal learning activities that enhance intercultural understanding and solidarity. Our Youth Exchange will be carried out by NEETs (young people who neither study nor work) and young people who have fewer opportunities. Youth Exchanges are meant to be activities in which young people have the leading role. The development of the idea, the creation of partnerships, the submission of the application form and the project, the realisation itself: all these processes should involve young people from the partner organisations in a very active way. The aim and objectives of this Youth Exchange go hand in hand with the general objectives of the youth part of the Erasmus+ programme to improve the competences and skills of young people: inclusion, positive interaction, cultural awareness, racial and ethnic tolerance with the help of new digital tools. To achieve these aims and objectives, participants will create websites and films in small groups of mixed nationalities.
