With this project, we aim to achieve several objectives. First, we wanted to address the initiative of the youth from the Andalusian Rainbow Federation, led at the time of the project's application by the young activist Javier Savariego Luque, to develop meaningful community actions. We observed a strong interest among young people in participating in activities that tackle emerging social and environmental issues. We identified a series of key needs in local associations and groups performing community functions. These needs include obtaining resources, tools for social mobilization, community action tools to strengthen ties with local communities, internal group coordination, and adaptation to new forms of communication, especially through social media. We also noticed a lack of connections between different groups involved in community actions, both at the local and broader levels. While we recognize that large organizations have significant resources and experience, we believe that new initiatives and small groups also have an important role to play. We wanted to foster collaboration and networking among these groups to increase the impact of community actions. Ultimately, our vision was to empower young people to become effective agents of change in a constantly evolving world. We are aware that by providing them with the necessary tools and skills, as well as facilitating the establishment of strong networks, young people could play a crucial role in promoting positive social change, both locally and more broadly. Therefore, our objectives were: - To offer a learning and mobility experience to 30 participants from 5 European countries to gain perspective on promoting autonomy, deeply understand various issues requiring social change, improve emotional intelligence as a fundamental part of teamwork, learn community action tools, enhance their organizational networks, experience other cultures, and improve their language skills in the language in which the project is conducted. - To provide young people with the necessary tools to carry out quality, efficient, and impactful community actions. - To encourage the pursuit of contacts to establish cohesive, high-quality organizational networks, allowing exponential increases in the impact of community actions.
