Objectives

We have gained a deeper understanding of “who we are” is an empowering process that can lead to positive, healthy life changes and inner leadership, particularly by focusing on developing your talents and mental health. Empowering young people through this process leads to greater employability. The objectives set were: Support youth workers to become more self-aware, thus enabling them to make conscious decisions and choices that fit the core of their identity and goals in life. Frame a learning process in which youth workers can tell their own future story about unexpected changes in their lives. See how you can trust ambiguity and feelings of helplessness and deal with them constructively (resilience) by exploring the effect of expanding the comfort zone. Provide youth workers with tools to support a deep connection with the youth they work with through a similar process. -Make a clear transition from the learning process at the CT to the daily reality back home after the CT. Reflect on your own learning process using the Youth Pass Key Competencies and provide the opportunity to develop skills and future projects in the context of the Erasmus+ Programme.
