We detect a lack of information and training referred to Erasmus+ program and the implementation of international project as an educational development tool and values transmitters mong people with a profile of ex-European volunteers who, after that experience, work in the field of youth. We planed this training course, which intends to provide detailed and complete information about the different possibilities offered by Erasmus+ in the field of youth, focusing on Key Action 1. It had a special emphasis on the philosophy, framework and characteristics of the program for the quality projects development. Our objectives are: - To present the Erasmus+ Programme in the framework of European youth policies and strategies. - To explore the opportunities offered by the different sub-actions of KA1 of Erasmus+ Youth, focusing on their ability as a vehicle to transmit the fundamental values common to our society. - To stimulate the practice in the management of international projects. - To boost mobility and learning opportunities within the framework of Non-formal Education. - To enable participants to reflect on their learning and to learn more about Youthpass, the strategy on the recognition of non-formal learning in the youth field, its technical tool to produce Youthpass Certificates and its application in the KA1 subactions. - To offer the opportunity to meet potential international partners to develop future projects.
