The main objective of the project is to raise awareness among youth workers about the intersectionality of gender-based inequalities, in addition to other grounds such as gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation or functional diversity, among others. The specific objectives of the project are the following: - To study in depth the needs of various groups to which women belong due to gender, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, functional diversity and socio-economic situation, among others; - To learn about the inclusive methodologies of youth workers with disadvantaged people in their contexts; - To learn new practices that promote equality and equity for women belonging to these groups. In order to meet these objectives, participants were trained through a non-formal education methodology by means of theoretical and practical contents; group dynamics and team work for a better understanding; the elaboration of proposals for improvement and good practices in projects and activities in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, as well as discussion groups.
