"Well-BEEing - ecosystemic practices for youth's mental wellness" arises as a response to the need to promote spaces of well-being and personal fulfillment from which to create a network and therefore a social impact, strengthening links as a source of health, learning, support and basis for the transformation of the different communities. Taking into account the situation generated by the crisis that we are still experiencing in 2022 in reference to health, isolation and emotional expression, we consider that the effect of all this on the well-being of people, and especially of young Europeans, with more and more mental health problems, it is an urgent matter that requires and also needs an educational-experiential approach. Therefore, the main objective of this project is to enable and train youth workers (group leaders, coaches, mentors, facilitators, etc.) with expressive emotional management, communication and cooperation tools, emphasizing well-being practices , resilience, individual and collective stress management and conflict resolution through experimentation and implementation focused on cooperation and social action with a sustainable impact on the community. We consider it crucial to create spaces outside the screens to work on the imprint that these new situations of mental health problems are leaving through personal and collective development and promote an ecosystem of sustainable practices for the comprehensive and healthy development of young people; also including in an international project, the respective differences and cultural-social perspectives that can provide even more diversity and richness, as well as a real meeting with the shared needs of other European communities. Through experimentation and cooperation we want to provide youth workers with various tools that help them to work on these aspects in their organizations in the work with young people and in the need to increase skills and abilities for emotional management and emotional well-being and community when developing social projects. And so, with this project we want to make visible the bonds of union of the great community that we are, working with other organizations of the European Community, and on a larger scale of the planet in which we all live, growing together with all the potential that resides in that union. as the bees do in the hive. This image of nature brings us even closer to the idea of creating joint learning networks from our common points, uniting the individual with the collective, isolation with cooperation, and introspection with expression in the field of personal and collective well-being. Walking in this way towards the creation of a European cooperation network through which the participants can take what they have learned to their organizations and thus favor, through this pollination, the creation of social impact projects that contemplate emotional management and community well-being. Both the main objective together with the specific objectives follow the main priorities of the Erasmus + program in the field of youth, offering innovation and skills to youth workers and promoting best practices among youth professionals; as well as the current situation of change and collective transformation. A project within the framework of social action and active citizen participation in a cooperative manner through associations and their agents of change, thus promoting personal and community growth as a factor of sustainable impact.
