We wanted to raise awareness through art of the importance of fighting climate change among young people from different backgrounds. We wanted young artists, vulnerable young people, young people, university and high school students and young people from youth entities to participate and we wanted them to interact and carry out the project together to learn from each other. Specifically, the young people who participated were more than 250 from diverse backgrounds (including young people with less opportunity) derived from the promoting entities: Prosec, OSMON, Promethea and Lleida City Council. The objectives of the project are: 1. Unite youth entities to create youth participation projects in a disadvantaged neighborhood 2. Foster the critical spirit of young people about climate change and sustainability 3. Promote creativity among young people 4. Improve social cohesion between young people with different profiles and create spaces for friendship 5. Democratization of art and approach to all types of audiences 6. Improve the vision of the neighborhood to the rest of the citizenry at the local level to give young people a voice 8. Stimulate European awareness and empower young people, regardless of their social and cultural background, to be successful innovators in their environment 9. Promote employment among young local artists and their professional development 10. Invigorate the neighborhood with innovative activities that have a long-term impact in terms of art and sustainability 11. Empower youth entities 12. Convey to politicians the manifesto written by all young people calling for green cities
