For teachers, we saw this project as a vehicle for professional development. Sharing good practice was at the heart of this project. We wanted to joint planning and exchanging ideas.
We have worked earlier with Comenius, Erasmus KA2 and eTwinning - projects. We wanted to increase the sense of self-confidence by working in an international environment, overcoming language barriers and cultural differences and raise knowledge of other cultures and countries among participants. We wanted to enhance the pedagogical practice of teachers through sharing ideas, joint planning, co-teaching and engaging in professional dialogue.
