Objectives

1. More capabilities to teach multicultural pupils and students. Gain experience of how multicultural students are encountered elsewhere in Europe and how they are integrated into the school community. How special education is organized in other European countries. Gathering pedagogical tips and good practices from colleagues from different countries and from the courses participated. 2. Increasing community spirit and inclusion in our school. Loneliness among young people has increased. The parents of our school participate little in the school's activities. We don't have a parents' association and participation in parents' evenings is quite low. One of the reasons may be language problems, which make communication between the school and guardians difficult. We wanted to know how communication between parents and the school is organized elsewhere in Europe. We wanted to know how language teaching for immigrants is organized. We wanted to see what kind of relationships students and teachers had with each other. We wanted to get good tips on how to improve community spirit at school. International experience, contacts and information about Erasmus+ programs for our staff.
