Objectives

Internationalisation is one of the key elements in SeAMK's strategy. The aim is to educate students who have sufficient international skills and competence for the globalized working life. Equally, it is important that teachers and other staff members have international competence which can be utilisized not only in teaching but also in RDI and regional development. Incoming students and trainees internationalize SeAMK campus, the city of Seinäjoki and the region of South Ostrobothia. Incoming teachers and staff bring internationalization at home to SeAMK and its surroundings. Erasmus+ programme supports the opportunities to implement outgoing and incoming mobilities which helps to reach the above-mentioned aims. Erasmus+ promotes the collaboration and its development as well as the exchange of knowledge within European partners and the experience on these activities can be utilized in the collaboration with non-EU/EEA partners.
