Every day we battle with the non-existing will of TAMK students to go abroad for exhange: Our goal was to deepen the sense of international citizen both amids our students and our teachers and staff members. To widen our partnerships with existing partners via collaboration with curriculum development and creating good working atmosphere in our strategic partnerships. We wanted to get to know our European University Alliance partners, and made better with our application therefore. TAMK's operational values: We work in a globally responsible manner, we value activeness, learning and competence, we succeed by doing together and we respect diversity in our community. In addition to the values TAMK has critical success factors as active worklife connections, increasing our internationality in all operations and impacting the community around us and beyond. All these - are our motivating factors in implementing the project and trying to achieve good results in doing so. Of course, we still battled with Covid-19 and some of our teachers got it during the exchange.
