In this project we had two main objectives: 1. To support young people from Ostrhobotnia area and from smaller municipalities to get intercultural and international experiences. We work in the country side area, where the youthwork resources are limited and also young people don't get in their daily lives so so many connections with people form foreign countries. We wanted to support them to developed their intercultural skills ant to get international experiences. 2. Second objective was to support the youth workers in the area to develop their work and get international aspect to their work. We wanted them to find ideas to develop their work from other European countries and also to support them to organise international activities for the youth that they work with. With both of these objectives we wanted to increase the dialogue and understanding between cultures and also fulfill our work main aspect, to promote young people growth and development. We wanted to organise study visits and seminars in order to develop the competences of the youth workers and also organisations that work in the field of youth. In addition we wanted to maintain and build partnerships between these organisations and develop youthwork practices together with them. Youth and sports goes extreme! The main objectives were to promote healthy lifestyle to young people through outdoor education; to increase motivation of participants to spend time in the nature and taking care of environment; to increase multicultural competences among participants and strengthen relationship between partner organizations and youth from partner organization network; to increase the competences of partner organizations in using outdoor education and scouting as one of outdoor education tools to apply in youth work Sport and ice – don’t think twice! The main objectives were to promote healthy lifestyle together with young people; to explain the main principles of outdoor education as learning tool with the main focus on nature and winter outdoor activities. Nordic youth exchange The objective of the youth exchange was to get together with two municipalities youngster from Nordic countries to exchange about their cultures and to connect within topic of youth participation. Study visit outreach youth work Austria The main objectives were to enhance knowledge and skills of participating youth workers from Finland and Austria, to facilitate exchange of the best practices, to get understanding on how youth work functions in Austria and get new ideas, Study visit Finland As continuation of cooperation between Finnish and Austrian youth workers, we arranged second study visit in order to exchange even deeper on youth work in countries to get new ideas and make improvements. The objectives included enhancing knowledge and skills of participating youth workers, facilitation of exchange of the best practices, all which happened through getting to know various youth work in Finland and in Osthrobothnia area. Kick start yout vision The main objective of this youth exchange was to exchange ideas between the youth groups about entreneurship and ideas for their own initiatives. The topic was connected in to the European Year of Skills 2023. Kick start your vision II The main objective of the project was to deepen the topic of youth and entrepreneurship with the groups that met in Finland. Nuotta-seminar Main objective was to get to know different kind of methods how to support NEET youth through outdoor education and experiental learning. Expert -seminar Objective was to bring together both experienced youth work organisation and newcomers in the field of international youth work. Create cooperation and develop youth work methods and at the same time introduce Elf around team volunteering inclusion project. Study visit Reunion Objective was to see how social workers and youth workers work with young people on Reunion and at the same time asses the local surroundings would be fitted for youth exchange. Inclusive connections -seminar Study visit in Luxembourg The main idea was to get to know the different youth centres in Luxembourg and to see how they do human rights education, environmental education and team building, in order to develop the work done in Finnish youth centres. Also one objective was to experience how to green travel from Finland through Europe to Luxembourg, Networking for youth mobility -seminar Seminar main objective was to encourage new partnership and cooperation between participants and organisations involved and to strenghten their networking skills. Inclusive connections -seminar Aim was to get to know and reflect different ways on organising more inclusive projects and to develope new more inclusive projects between the participanting organisations.
