This thoughts and through the exchange of experiences, groups of young people can take new thoughts and ideas to their own home youth clubs. Young people can also learn from each other in different hobbies (theatre, dance, etc.). 3. Increasing the skills of the employees of Finnish Youth Associations through international cooperation and the sharing of best practices The adults who work with them play a key role in increasing the participation of young people.
