Our project was implemented at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences during the project period of 1.8.2022 - 31.7.2025. The partner universities in this project were AI-Quds University from Palestine, Koitaleel Samoei University College and North-West University from South-Africa. Our plan was to do cooperation internationally and share the European values not only by showing example and showcasing our teaching methods and educational system but also by letting them experience that this way of life works as they participate in the workshops, lectures, key note lectures and project meetings. We aimed to bring diversity and inclusion to our own organisation and follow our institutional strategic arrow heads. We planned together with our counterparts how to implement the cooperation and exchanges, what common goals we have and how to achieve them and how we can create new teaching programmes and training opportunities between our students and staff. We carried out 20 mobilities: 12 staff (3 teacher and 9 staff exchanges) and 8 student exchanges. We had more incoming mobilities than awarded since we did not have outgoing mobilities to Palestine but we still didn't exceed the budget.
