Objectives

Our stated objective is as follows: To promote the Europeanisation and institutional strengthening of FB by increasing the skills of its teams. Our will is to take inspiration from our European counterparts to modernise our management and to increase our skills in order to plan and deploy a European strategy. A team dedicated to this objective has been officially set up by our national office. Accompanied by actors who will have to participate in the achievement of the objective, it will benefit during these seminars from the experience of the training organisations in terms of the functioning of their structures, of lobbying European organisations, of bringing together the associative world and the business world and of setting up digital tools. We have noted that the French associative environment is still lagging behind in these areas and we want to be able to offer our members solutions and avenues for reflection based on concrete examples.

FB has developed a lot over the last 10 years and it is clear that it must take up the challenge of professionalising its teams and Europeanising its action, like its European partners, so that its impact on society can be measured and valued. It is in this context that the decision to apply for the mobility programme was taken. It was motivated by the following needs A) Training of its headquarters team in : - Administrative and financial management. - Human resources policy. - Financing tools. B) Training of its European team in: - European project management and engineering: - Management and engineering of European projects. - Management of thematic networks. - Lobbying and advocacy in the service of Volunteering. - Cooperation with partners equivalent to FB at European and international level. C) Training of its European and administrative team in : Use of new technologies in the management of the programmes of the associations and the voluntary sector.
