This project had two main objectives: - To promote the professional integration of learners in the field of international solidarity (IS) and thus contribute to the generational renewal of IS organisations. - To initiate or strengthen partnerships between international solidarity associations on a European scale.
Echanges et Partenariats (E&P) is a training organisation set up in 2003 under the law of 1901 to strengthen partnerships between French and international organisations working in the field of international solidarity and to meet the training needs of the younger generation who want to get involved in projects to bring about social change and who are setting themselves the challenge of changing the city and global society. Our main activity is to set up an exchange programme that links these two objectives, as part of the Erasmus + project "Vocational training and exchanges for European and international solidarity III". This programme is based on youth exchanges and meetings with partners on a European and international scale. E&P has been organising exchanges under the Leonardo and Erasmus programmes since 2004, and this is the 3rd time the project has been renewed. Since it was set up 20 years ago, E&P has organised 26 mobility sessions, involving more than 350 young learners who have gone on mobility trips to Europe and elsewhere to work on solidarity projects.
