The improvement of our training methods through exchanges with our partners is one of the major axes of our project. Indeed, the objective for the staff is to be able to draw from this experience a line of thought concerning our ways of teaching. Working together for the future of our students and being able to offer them quality education is a short, medium and long term objective of the project. Then, mobility allows teachers and staff to improve their language skills and thus develop in the same way as the students. This also contributes to the professional development of the educators participating in the project. We also wanted to give our students the opportunity to complete their training in an international setting to prepare them for their future work environment. Indeed, aeronautical companies are often internationalized and having a first experience of working with foreign collaborators is a plus for their course and their skills. Enabling them to use this experience in their application and their professional life is a recurring objective of the Lycée Saint-Exupéry.
This project is part of a desire of the Lycée St Exupéry to create lasting and beneficial links with foreign establishments sharing the same field of expertise. In addition, the adequacy of our training with the expectations of aeronautical companies is one of the main objectives of our establishment. Mobility also promotes the sharing of knowledge, particularly between teachers. The project allows us to improve our training methods by exchanging with our Swedish counterparts and observing another way of doing things. This exchange makes it possible to develop teaching methods to offer training that is all the more qualitative. The school's mission is to continue the civic education of students to enable them to integrate into the society of tomorrow. The European Union is destined to become, in the long term, a political union where the citizens will be European before anything else. The project allows us to continue our civic education work with our students by strengthening their sense of belonging to Europe, thus preparing future European citizens.
