Institut Paul Bocuse deploys a genuine strategy to encourage student and staff mobility. We offer numerous opportunities for international exchange and mobility, both for students and teaching staff: For students: internships or study periods at partner universities in Europe and beyond. For staff: training courses, internships and short-term teaching assignments. The implementation of projects under the ERASMUS+ program is a coherent and relevant part of this strategy, which continues to be strengthened, particularly with the now compulsory study mobility. As a result, all students starting their Hospitality Management and Restaurant Management training at the IPB in 2022 will go on mobility trips in their third year.
