When drafting the ECHE Charter, our goal was to promote both incoming and outgoing mobilities for students and staff. The outgoing mobilities are primarily for internships for our BTS MHR students. For incoming mobilities, they can be for internships or training purposes (ECTS recognition not applicable by our institution). By implementing the Erasmus+ project, our objective was to develop the professional and linguistic skills of learners and staff. It also aimed to promote autonomy and cultural openness during mobilities and to strengthen international partnerships with training centers such as the Istituto Nino Bergese in Genoa and various partner companies (Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain). This also aims to enhance the reputation of our institution. These objectives are designed to prepare our learners to succeed in a globalized hospitality sector and to enrich their personal and professional journeys through the official recognition of acquired skills.
