One of the missions of the University of Paris Nord (USPN) is to promote national and international university cooperation. The implementation of Projet 2022 is part of the actions entrusted to the International Relations Department (DRI) by the President of USPN. The DRI implements the institution's international policy, supports the internationalization of training courses, and works with components to build an attractiveness policy and a common international strategy. At the time of the interim report in June 2023, after finalizing the 2021 Project, assigned by COVID-19 in the same way as the 2020 Project, we had declared 13 STT mobilities, 1 STA mobility and 9 study mobilities. We did not ask for a budget re-evaluation, as we wanted to close this project and start Project 2023 as soon as possible. As we write this final report, we have achieved our objectives: optimizing the budget with 99.56% of expenditure, organizing short-term mobilities including two BIPs, and presenting the terms and conditions for awarding inclusion, approved by the CFVU in June 2023.
