The main objective of this Erasmus project was to enhance participants' intercultural, linguistic and professional skills through international mobility experiences. It aimed to improve the employability of students and staff by offering them work placement and training opportunities abroad. In addition, the project sought to promote inclusion and diversity, with particular support for participants from disadvantaged backgrounds or with disabilities. Finally, the project aimed at strengthening international cooperation between higher education institutions and at promoting the European values of democracy and citizenship.
