Objectives

The University of Rouen Normandy (URN) has been participating in the Erasmus/Erasmus+ program for several years. KA131 is the main mobility program implemented by the URN, actively participating in the development of the internationalization of the establishment. Four types of mobility were planned in the project: study mobility (SMS), internship mobility (SMT), teaching mobility (STA) and training mobility (STT). The institutions involved in the project share a common aim: to increase student employability, strengthen interculturality, develop student and staff mobility for the acquisition of skills, exchange best practice, and also internationalise the institutions through the development of knowledge and educational openness. The project was also expected to contribute to the launch of the INGENIUM European University, a consortium bringing together 10 European higher education institutions, a major focus of the URN's international strategy (in appendix). Finally, the project was expected to implement the four priorities of the Erasmus+ project: inclusion, digitisation, ecological transition and the development of active citizenship.
