By implementing this project, we intended to offer our student higher qualifications and a better employability as well as a better knowledge in foreign languages, no matter their social or economical background. We consider the Erasmus program as an added value to the traditional curriculum of our students in so far as the experience abroad can be a real asset for future job applications. We put forward the program as a real lever in terms of studies and employability, either in France or in foreign countries. Throughout the program the students have to face new challenges, develop personal and professional and show adaptability: all these skills can be put to good use in a job interview and this is the way we present the project to our students. To put it in a nutshell, the goals we intended to achieve were : development of personal and professional skills, emproved employability, added value to the diploma in a context of equal chances for all students.
