Our school, located in Dordogne has been involved in a European opening for a very long time for vocational baccalaureate training (Erasmus+ and Protandem). In 2018, the opening of a higher technician section in Hotel and catering Management was an opportunity to extend this commitment to students. The HED2022 scholarship was therefore our first project for higher education. The first objective was to offer the opportunity for long mobility (16 weeks of internship) abroad to students. The hotel and catering sector being an international sector of activity and requiring mastery of two foreign languages, it was essential for us to be able to offer mobility in Europe. The second objective was to make the sector attractive through the internationalization of training by emphasizing linguistic, cultural and professional interests. The last objective was to develop an international openness to the staff of the establishment offering an opportunity to gain linguistic and professional skills, to improve well-being at work and to set up partnerships with companies likely to welcome students
