This project is a continuation of the intra-European mobility projects that have been in place at UT for many years. Its aim is to provide opportunities for incoming and outgoing mobility in Europe, for students, teachers and administrative and technical staff. Mobility for studies and internship is part of the students’ university curriculum. As well as contributing to their personal and academic development, these exchanges help them to find employment. Staff mobility meets a number of objectives: increasing staff skills, sharing best practice, passing on knowledge and developing cooperation. The organisation of incoming mobility for students and staff enriches the university community with diversified practices, knowledge and cultures, thereby opening up the world, including for those who are unable or unwilling to undertake individual mobility. All this mobility enables the University of Tours to create and strengthen lasting and dynamic partnerships with many universities in Europe.
