This project is still at the heart of our strategy of international openness, and takes up several major challenges in terms of ambition, integration and interculturality, which may be partly impacted by the French and European political situation. To this end, we have developed a number of levers: inclusion, hybrid mobility, the benefits of mobility, particularly EC2U (recognition of psycho-social skills, improved employability and a unique educational and engagement experience that prepares students to become citizens of a multicultural community). In addition, the mobility of staff/teachers has led to a growing awareness of the need to prioritize sustainable development and inclusion. We are working on several fronts: creating the best possible conditions for an exchange of practices that is beneficial to both sending and receiving establishments, working on professional recognition in careers, offering better support for mobility and working on better internal communication on mobility opportunities. This project therefore enables us to respond to our own specific challenges, which are in line with the challenge of European values and civic commitment.
