The 2022 agreement is in line with the international expansion of IMF RIS, as set out in the associative project and the ECHE Charter. 2023 was synonymous with transformation: move to new premises in Marseille, start-up of the CFA, reorganization of services. 2024 is also marked by ambitious projects: overhaul of the financial department, reactivation of international cooperation, development projects in Africa and Asia. With regard to mobility, IMF RIS is pursuing the following objectives: Promote mobility for all learners and staff, especially for those with fewer opportunities. Offer hybrid mobility when traditional mobility is not an option. Finance mobility outside Europe Encourage participants to use sustainable modes of transport Strengthen existing partnerships and develop new opportunities Improve internal procedures and processes for implementing mobility projects Continue to implement Erasmus Digital Work-study programs abroad are offered to trainees and staff in social intervention training courses from levels 3 to 7, depending on the specific nature of the profession and the teaching schedule.
