Our engineering school, ESB, includes in its study regulations the obligation for its students to complete at least one 2-month internship or semester abroad. The aim is to open students up to the world and Europe, improve their language skills and soft skills in general, and build up a professional network. ESB is also made up of a team of multi-disciplinary teaching researchers and administrative staff from a variety of backgrounds. Through the mobility of its staff, it aims to maintain this diversity and openness to other European partners, in particular. This KA131 program is, therefore, a valuable opportunity to support the mobility of learners and staff, in line with the school's objectives. Indeed, with 20 bilateral ERASMUS agreements and a strategy to support its students abroad, European mobility is one of the school's top priorities. In concrete terms, we had 58 beneficiaries planned for this project.
