Our objectives were to set up student and teacher mobility schemes. For students, we focused on internship mobilities. Our first mobility schemes for our students' internships were organised through intermediary organizations. We decided to forego them this time and with the addition of Mme Jean to the Erasmus+ team, we're doing everything we can to find internship sites and accommodation. For the students, it's a substantial opportunity. They can acquire new professional skills, improve their foreign language skills, discover what Europe can offer and even contemplate going further afield. They can also discover new ways of working. For the teachers, we were keen to play our part in improving teacher development by making new possibilities available. Indeed, there are only positive aspects to participating in this type of mobility, such as enriching their teaching materials, learning about other teaching practices, improving their foreign language skills - all of which can benefit the students too, and can be shared with other teachers at our school.
