Through mobility, we aim to develop both linguistic and cross-disciplinary skills (curiosity, problem-solving skills, self-confidence, autonomy, initiative), as well as fostering employability. With over 10 years' experience in Erasmus+, we're keeping our sights set on : - combating unemployment as a corollary to enhanced employability, - adapting to globalization, - improving language and cross-disciplinary skills, - social cohesion, - involving in CSR and SD actions - integrating citizenship and inclusion. We have a number of projects to our credit under Key 1, mobility for learning purposes, the majority of which involve student mobility; in addition, teacher mobility, both for teaching and training (job shadowing), in all disciplines, has enabled our teachers to perfect their language skills and/or exchange ideas on their professional practices (trips to European countries and hosting teachers at our school), as well as learn about interculturality through the corporate environment.
