Following our progress report in June 2023, the initial project whose agreement had been signed in July 2022 was - at our request, and for the first time since we joined the EHEA in 2014 - revised downwards, following the cancellation of certain projects, notably 2 outgoing BIPs planned but not guaranteed by the partners. The 2022 Project as currently set out in the Beneficiary Module, with a reduced subsidy of €14,652, provided for 5 SMTs and 2 STTs. The STT projects actually included a possible transfer to the SMT line, in the event of confirmation of SMT for which we were waiting (otherwise, we would have maintained the staff mobility projects, but our budget management gives priority to students). In the list of SMTs, we had included 1 international mobility project (in Kazakhstan), for an amount not exceeding 20% of the allocated budget, in line with our agreement.
