Since 2020, the University of Toulouse (UT) has been implementing Erasmus+ projects. The objectives of these projects, particularly the KA131-2022 project, are numerous, both for our institution and for the beneficiaries. The primary objective of our Erasmus+ 2022 project is to enable our administrative staff, especially those who are less likely to engage in mobility, to access international training opportunities. This experience allows them to acquire new skills, expertise, and working methods through an international experience. It makes it possible to integrate new approaches, technological tools, and innovative practices discovered abroad, while encouraging the exchange of best practices and promoting continuous professional development. The European mobility also aims to help beneficiaries develop their European citizenship and open themselves to other cultures and practices. Through this project, UT strengthens its internationalization strategy by developing new collaborations with foreign partners. It also enhances the visibility of our institution internationally.
