Objectives

The post-Covid period has ushered us into a new era, challenging our mobility models and practices. Digitalization and the accelerated shift towards integrating AI, as well as the ecological transition, have become essential for maintaining the competitiveness and sustainability of businesses. Global political instability has added another layer of complexity, requiring organizations to develop specific skills to navigate an environment marked by uncertainty. In this context, the school has adapted its programs to strengthen the skills of its community. The 2022 project has enabled us to: • Maintain key societal initiatives (Innovation Days, Climate Fresk, ANEDD, ADAPTA’CUP Tournament, Equal-ID…) • Promote interculturality, mobility, and internationalization at home • Strengthen European agreements and synergies • Support research for sustainable development • Continue the digitalization of our mobility management processes and EWP • Support staff mobility as part of a reflection on skills management and the evolution of professions. The school has intensified its efforts in CSR and sustainable development, committing to promoting a more inclusive and peaceful society.
