The aim of the 2022 project was to continue the approach taken in the 2021 project, i.e. : 1 - Accompany the development of mobility activities and enable as many people as possible to take part in them; 2 - Maintain the good momentum of staff mobility (1% of staff on mobility per year); 3 - Contribute to the development of our European University by promoting mobility of staff on mobility per year); 3 - Contribute to the development of our European University by promoting mobility; 4- Continue the deployment of new forms of mobility; Our European University was to be the ideal testing ground for intensive hybrid programmes and short periods of mobility, but it was also to identify solutions for removing the obstacles to mobility. Two areas for improvement were identified: communication on inclusion criteria and the development of short hybrid mobility. The school's participation in the Erasmus project should enable it to strengthen its European and international roots and, in particular as part of its European University, to build a European campus, a space for training and mobility for all.
