The scholarship request was made to students and staff. It is part of the skills development policy for students and staff. It responds to the need to enable all those who work and study there to improve their linguistic and personal skills, increase their qualifications and their employability. This project is one of those which allow the establishment to implement the “international opening” element of the establishment project. The high school is part of a multicultural, international space and is “obligated” to promote mobility, exchanges and cultural discoveries. The establishment welcomes students, students from other islands who must be welcomed in all their dimensions, we need staff and students capable of communicating, of adapting procedures. The opportunities of the European Commission relayed by the Erasmus-France agency have been seized for several years by the management and the international actions committee and it is necessary to continue and capitalize on them. The aim is to help users cooperate in an international legal, economic and social system.
