Learning from new approaches and developing the skills of students and staff are essential to maintaining a rich international cooperation, just as sharing our know-how and benefiting from outside viewpoints are essential to maintaining project dynamics and opening up to Europe. To meet these challenges, the higher technical agricultural establishments and the École Nationale Supérieure de Formation de l'Enseignement Agricole (ENSFEA) have joined forces to form an Erasmus + consortium under the name ‘ERASMIP’. It responds to the growing need for internationalisation of institutions and their training courses, and helps to develop the skills of both students and staff through new approaches and practices. The consortium's operational objectives address a number of issues: strengthening the collective, institutionalising joint partnerships, implementing an internal and external communication plan, promoting the learning outcomes of mobility and strengthening the pooling of practices across the Occitanie region.
