The RETHEL EPLEFPA (Établissement Public Local d'Enseignement et de Formation Professionnelle Agricole) has included international cooperation mobility in its school project. As part of Key Action 1 KA131, it wishes to set up mobility for learning purposes for its students, as well as mobility for teaching and administrative staff (outgoing and incoming mobility): short-term teaching or training projects. All the exchanges take place in the field of agriculture, since all the training provided as part of the BTSA (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur Agricole - 2-year undergraduate technical degree) is in this field and can therefore contribute directly to the quality of the training provided in the sending establishment as well as in the host establishments. On this basis, the Rethel EPLEFPA is integrating the international dimension into the implementation of its training objectives: - training autonomous European citizens capable of adapting to changes in society - train professionals in the agricultural and agri-food sectors who are sensitive to European issues - help train farmers.
