As a beneficiary of an Erasmus+ higher education mobility project since 1989, the University of La Réunion is a French higher education and research institution located in the heart of the Indian Ocean, in one of Europe's outermost regions, with the ambition of becoming a European University of reference on the Asia-Africa axis, with the following strategic objectives : - Developing a partnership policy and defining strategic positioning in the geographical area in which it is located: in particular through the deployment of a quality welcome policy (the "Welcome to France" label) and promotion of student/staff mobility (objective: increasing the number of mobility schemes). This activity requires the continuation of key actions (information meetings, preparation for mobility, linguistic support, etc.) - strengthening links with the RETI (Network of Outermost Universities) and the network of HEIs in the Indian Ocean region, to position the institution both in the regional environment (structuring education and research) and in the extra-regional environment (Erasmus+ K2 project).
