Objectives

International influence is at the forefront of the five areas of development defined by Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in its latest five-year contract (2019-2023), with the aim of placing the university "at the forefront of European and international institutions". The current presidency, elected in January 2020, has set the institution the target of 20% of graduate students having international exposure. Through the funding of this project, the University of Paris 1 aimed to encourage and support the mobility of different groups, namely students (study and internship) and staff (teaching and training), in order to offer this opportunity to as many people as possible in line with the commitments of the Erasmus+ charter. More specifically, we wanted to provide better support for participants in terms of their personal situation and enable them to benefit from a mobility experience, particularly thanks to the new schemes proposed as part of the new programme. The Erasmus+ mobility project is also a way for Paris 1 users and staff to take part in initiatives designed and developed within our 'Una Europa' alliance of European universities.
