Achievement: as an organization, we wanted to give an opportunity to all students to do their internships abroad for a period of 60 days. This enabled them to discover a new working method in the European market, to compare the rules and regulations in the different companies and most importantly, to strenghten their language skills and discover a new culture. Our students come from different backgrounds: some have never travelled or experienced another set-up. This opportunity will brighten their future perspectives and enhance their CV. As the students travel in groups, it is not only about strenghtening their language skills but also about living together (savoir-vivre et savoir-être). They get to share their cultures with their friends and acquire new culture through food and music for example. Budget/ grant: The grant alloted amounted to 130 000€. We were able to send all the students who volunteered for the mobility. However, we were not able to finish the whole budget as we had major issues in the Management department Teacher mobility project: It is important for teachers who prepare mobility projects for students to get acquainted with the organization recieving them, to explain the different activities to be put in place and the exam requierements. This will help us, teachers, to prepare the students before their travel. Moreover, teachers get to do a week long internship-training in the company to strenghen their knowledge and to better prepare the students to their upcoming international mobilities.
