The Brittany Region has been leading consortia for 2 projects aimed at health and social training since 2015 for higher education and 2016 for vocational training. These consortia involve 25 institutions, 13 of which are involved in higher education. For projects in the 2014-2020 program, before covid, budget consumption was systematically 100%, with the number of mobilities on the 2 projects exceeding 150, including more than 80 in higher education. However, the Covid 19 pandemic led to a significant drop in the number of mobilities carried out by students and staff: only 18 on the 2021 project and 25 on this project. Working closely with the members of the “higher education” consortium, the main challenge was to support establishments in consolidating partnerships (old and new), finalizing the work of the inter-establishment working groups and thus developing student and staff mobility to the level of the budget allocated by the Erasmus+ Agency (44 mobilities: 31 students and 13 staff).
